Hi, I’m Natasha. I am a cis-gendered heterosexual Asian female therapist. One of my passions is to help you overcome and heal from the painful past experiences that have left you feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from yourself and others.
I work with adults who have experienced various forms of trauma including emotional, verbal, physical, sexual, and financial abuse as well as other impactful negative experiences. I provide LGBTQIA+, gender-affirming, sex positive, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy affirming therapy services. My aim is to empower you through focusing on your strengths and helping you to gain deeper insight into yourself.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with individuals like yourself for the last 5 years. I have extensive training in evidenced-based treatments including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Parts Work, Sand Tray Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Arizona and my Master of Counseling from Arizona State University.
I believe the foundational elements to healing are being heard, understood, and accepted.
